Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy:

  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy only for items that are received in a defective or damaged condition.

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you wish to request an exchange for a defective piece.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A clear opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming any damage or defect.

  • You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange:
To start an exchange request, please contact us at chawlasilkstores@gmail.com with your order details, opening video, and clear images of the defect.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

    Please ensure that you double-check your measurements before placing any customization order. After dispatch, we will not be responsible for any changes or issues related to fit or measurements.

  • Certain items like dupattas, shawls, phulkari, and fabrics cannot be exchanged.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
